Tagenarine Brandon Chanderpaul (Hindi: तेजनारायण चंद्रपॉल) (born 31 May 1996〔(Tagenarine Brandon Chanderpaul - Guyana-Cricket )〕) is a cricketer who plays for Guyana in first-class cricket.〔(Tagenarine Chanderpaul - Cricinfo profile )〕 He is a left-hand opening batsman. Chanderpaul scored an unbeaten 84 paved the way for West Indies Under-19 cricket team' 167-run thrashing of Zimbabwe Under-19 cricket team in Abu Dhabi. Chanderpaul struck six fours during his knock and forged fifty-plus partnerships with Shimron Hetmyer and Jonathan Drakes to propel the team to a formidable 275 for 6 from their 50 overs. He also scored a hundred at the under 19 youth world cup 2014. Tagenarine is said to be a patient batsman that can up the tempo of the innings if necessary. He was a prolific run scorer for the Guyana under19 team which earned in a spot in the westindies under 19 team to go to uae for the under19 world cup.
